3. Independent internal and external circulation, combined with heat exchanger and multi-angle spray system, ensures uniform water circulation and even temperature distribution, fully meeting sterilization and leak detection process requirements.

4. Supports dual leak detection modes including vacuum leak test and vacuum dye water leak test, enabling flexible and accurate leakage inspection for different pharmaceutical packages.

5. Equipped with PLC+HMI intelligent control system, it monitors, records and controls key parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum degree and F₀ value, supporting full-process data traceability and sterilization validation.

6. Built-in safety interlocks for pressure, temperature and door status guarantee safe operation. Double-door interlock realizes reliable isolation and standardized material transfer between different clean areas.

Application Description

The AZQH Steam Type Ampoule Leak Detection Sterilizer uses saturated steam to achieve reliable moist-heat sterilization for ampoules, vials and tubular glass bottles with precise temperature, pressure and time control.

Equipped with a horizontal sliding door, the unit requires no front operating space and simplifies equipment layout, perfectly suited for clean rooms and space-limited workshops. Double-door models enable safe material transfer and zone isolation between different clean areas.

It supports fully automatic sterilization, leak detection and post-processing. Dual testing modes of vacuum leak test and dye water leak test ensure accurate seal integrity inspection, realizing integrated sterilization and leak detection functions.
